Daniel is the President and an Investment Advisor Representative with Security First Asset Management. He holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation from the American College and the National Social Security Advisor (NSSA) professional designation. Daniel focuses on pre- and post-retirement planning with an emphasis on income producing assets, tax-efficient investments, securities, and annuities. He leverages his educator mindset to share his extensive knowledge of IRS distribution options and works with individuals in an effort to maximize their retirement benefits while working to minimize taxes and fees. Daniel understands how the economy works and how it affects your investments.

He received a B.A. in Business Management and Leadership with honors at Southern Virginia University, with an emphasis on finance and investing. He is a member of Chi Epsilon Omega (CEO), a National Business Honor Society that recognizes outstanding students for their academic endeavors at liberal arts universities. He was selected to run the Olympic Torch for the 1996 Olympics as a result of his community service and involvement. Daniel remains busy in his community and church and volunteers his time to helping with local causes. He enjoys working with individuals in helping them achieve their personal financial goals. A devout father and husband, Daniel’s wife, Erin, daughter, Ella, and son, Knox, are the central and most important part of his life.

Chad is the Chief Operating Officer with Security First Asset Management. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1995. Since then, he has helped many individuals meet their investment and insurance needs. Chad focuses on pre- and post-retirement with an emphasis on income producing assets, as well as extensive knowledge of healthcare and Medicare related concerns.

As a student at Georgia College and State University, Chad received a B.B.A in Marketing while balancing his time playing basketball on an athletic scholarship. He has also earned a Master of Business Administration. His wife, Anna, and his two sons, Wyatt and Walker, are very active in church and school activities. They play a vital role in his life both personally and professionally. Chad also enjoys being involved in community activities, such as serving as President of his Dublin Exchange Club and his local NAIFA chapter.

Shayna Fossum is an Investment Advisor Representative with Security First Asset Management. Compassionate by nature, Shayna strives to truly piece together financial plans that encompass all facets of a client’s life allowing them to enjoy their retirement. She believes in money practices that help protect and preserve the principal and allow for moderate growth which is necessary as you near retirement. She utilizes investment options tailored for each client based on their individual needs and goals.

Shayna holds Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses as well as Life and Health Licenses. She has worked in the Business field for the last 23 years while also being a stay at home Mom and full-time college student. She is a member of Alpha Chi Honor Society which is by invitation only to those who are in the top 10% of their class. She is also a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society which honors Adult students who “accomplish academic excellence while facing competing interests of home and work.” Shayna and her husband, Karl, have been married since 1995. They have 9 children, seven boys and two girls. Their oldest son got married in 2018 and now they have a lovely daughter-in-law and they welcomed their first child in 2020 making Shayna a grandmother!

Jon joined the Security First Team in March 2022 while still a college student. Jon graduated from Middle Georgia State University in August of 2022 with a Bachelor's in Business Management with a concentration in Financial Economics. Since graduation, Jon has been working on getting licensed to become an advisor. He currently has his Series 7 License and Life License.

Jon grew up in Cochran, GA. He married his wife, Savannah, in 2019. They live in Warner Robins, GA, and welcomed a baby girl to their family in April. Outside of work, Jon has a plethora of hobbies that take up his time. First and foremost, he loves spending time with his family and having adventures with them. Jon loves the outdoors, whether it is running, swimming, hiking, kayaking, or playing pickleball. He also loves to cook for family and friends, serve in his church, and sing with his brothers and sister.

Christy was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. After meeting her husband Cory in 2006, she made the decision to move to Georgia. She began working at Security First Asset Management in December 2006 as the marketing coordinator. Since joining the team, she has increased her knowledge of the financial services industry and now assists Daniel, Shayna & Chad with all incoming and outgoing business, while ensuring the office is running smoothly when they are away. Christy and her husband have two children, Daphne and Cameron. When not in the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, teaching fitness classes, and serving her church calling. Her goal is to provide exceptional service to the advisors and all Security First clients.

Elaine was born in Norfolk, VA and moved with her family to Thomasville, GA at the age of 10. She moved to Macon, GA in 1985 – where she met her husband, Gary and they have been married for over 20 years. She worked in the corporate world for over 25 years in Marketing, Training & Sales Development. When she was faced with a career change, she came onboard at Security First in the Fall of 2015 as the Administrative Assistance/Marketing Coordinator for the Macon Office.

When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, entertaining and travel. She also is very active in her church and in her community with volunteer work. Her goal is to make your visit with Security First pleasant and memorable by providing exceptional service to clients and potential clients. She serves as your first point of contact, to greet you when you visit the Macon Office. She is always listening for how we can better serve our clients.

Outside of work, Ashley is cheering on her high school's football team as a varsity cheerleader. She's also active in her church youth group and community.

Born in Sarasota, FL, Allycia relocated to the small town of Chester, GA in 1991. After attending Middle GA College, Allycia married her husband, Rex, and was presented with the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mother to her four children. Eleven years later, all of her children are now attending school and she accepted an offer to join the Security First Asset Management team as the Marketing Coordinator in April of 2013. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys serving in the women’s organization of her church, reading books, sewing, and spending time with her family.

How she may help you: Allycia is responsible for coordinating the company’s public financial education programs, client educational events, and community events. If you have questions regarding company events, she is the person you want to contact.

Born and raised in the small town of Dublin, where you can find plenty of southern hospitality, Lindsay graduated from Dublin High School in 2000. She dedicated fourteen years assisting patients for five local Ophthalmologists, while also instructing members of her community in yoga, and the Silver Sneakers program. As Lindsay continued this path, she felt led to pursue a career change that aligned with her love for those she was teaching - pre-retired and retired individuals.

Lindsay joined the Security First Asset Management staff in October of 2021 and has excelled at a rapid pace. Lindsay’s beautiful daughter McKenzie brings joy and pride to her life as she watches her attend college and assistant manage at a local boarding and kennel facility. In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys keeping both her mind and body nourished as she practices yoga, exercises, and spends time with McKenzie and her loved ones.

How she may support you: She is almost always the first voice you will hear when you call and will assist with establishing appointments for the advisors. Lindsay is also happy to accept your RSVPs for any of the SFAM educational and client events.
